7. Sweat Swishing

This technique has been done for years by Native Americans, but I have yet to see anyone genuinely do it. We all know to sweat out the bad toxins we put into our bodies from drinking. Our livers tend to hate us every weekend when the work whistle blows and we immediately hit the bottle - I know some Saturday mornings mine is not too happy with me. Getting that badness out of our system as fast as possible is vital. Sweating is one of the fastest ways to do it. Turn the heat on. Suit up. And get ready to open the flood gates. But there's one last step, the swish. Lick some of the sweat off of your arms and hands and swish it around good in your mouth. Then, spit it out. Is this last step the key to it all? Give it a shot next weekend. Why It's Inventive: Albeit semi normal, the swishing aspect to this technique is one that makes it interesting, while also flat out gross.
