9. Damning Evidence Confiscated
Along with accounts of witness intimidation in the aftermath of JFK's assassination, others claimed they had various materials confiscated from them by police or other authorities. Reports that witnesses who captured the assassination in photographs and had their cameras or film taken away from them were prevalent at the time, while claims of a cover up were rampant. Beverly Oliver, a witness to the event and who was seen in the Zapruder film recording the assassination, later claimed she was contacted at work by two men who she thought were either FBI or Secret Service who wanted to develop her film, and told her it would be returned to her within days. never had her film returned to her, while many more witnesses were either ignored or stripped of contradictory evidence that Oswald was the lone shooter.
