10 Lessons Microsoft Need To Learn From Sony

10. Blu-ray

Blu Ray Now, as an owner of the Xbox 360; I can admit that there are some things Sony does a lot better than Microsoft. The Xbox has many great features, but after gaming on the PS3 a couple of times, I learned that the Xbox could have had a lot more potential. One feature that some gamers hope appears on the next console is Blu-Ray capabilities. Microsoft's game DVD's can hold about 9 GB of space where Sony's Blu-Ray discs can hold 50 GB of space per disc. This difference alone between the two consoles makes it easier for developers to choose the PS3 as their console of choice. More data can be added to their disks and therefore the PS3's games will turn out to be more detailed in general. I remember having to switch game DVD's during an intermission in Rockstar's 'LA Noire' and it totally broke the sense of immersion. The Xbox is a gaming console, and in this age of technology; we shouldn't have to switch DVD's just to play the next game sequence.
