Perhaps I spoke too soon. Grumpy is the name affectionately given to an event experienced by multiple people around the ship; encountering the growling ghast.

That’s right, a ghoul that growls. Sounds strange, but there have been countless reports of a snarling growl sounding in the ears of visitors. Around the pools, a room under the stairs, in the boiler rooms, and down hallways; these are all areas where Grumpy has been known to come out to play.

People have never experienced any harm when coming into contact with him, whose identity is unknown, but occasionally his grouchiness is accompanied by a smell of cigarette smoke. Perhaps he’s trying to scare people away, or perhaps he just has a smoker’s cough.
