Think London's Science Museum. Or the China National Tea Museum. Or the National Museum of the American Indian. Or even the Sex Museum in Amsterdam... So many museums. You could literally pick all of them and never get around them all. In a city there will tend to be more than one museum in the local vicinity; so why not set a day aside for a fun-loving and educational date around a couple of them? Learn something new, see some exhibitions of interest, and opt to visit museums which have a specific program on which might tailor to your likings. Most museums will have a shop and a cafe, so a nice lunch half way round will make your date all the more enjoyable.
I love Stephen King and music festivals; I eat my toast upside down; I daydream about getting married probably a bit too much; and I wish every day for a pet sausage dog puppy (who never materialises – sob).
