10. You Dont Understand Why People Randomly Pet Them
Youll be walking down the street, chatting to your friend, when your friend inexplicably stops all of a sudden they have mysteriously knelt down to attract the attention of a passing animal. Youll look in amazement as this normally logical friend tries as hard as possible to gain the trust of this animal without knowing its temperament or flea status just so that they can stroke them and say hello. This is not normal behaviour. Houses were developed so that humans can keep themselves protected from the harshness of nature, and that includes protecting themselves from stray animals. Everyday thousands of people betray these natural instincts, learned through thousands of years of evolution, by opening themselves up to potentially threatening animals. Sadly, only people who dont like cats seem to understand the absurdity of this action.
