With all the other kinds of Batman figures that are available for purchase - action figures with movable parts and highly detailed accessories, large-scale statues, Lego Batman etc - who on Earth would have a need for this? This Batman grow toy is stupid. Once you put it in some water, it grows - but not in a neat, perfectly scaled fashion. It grows misshapen, badly scaled and, quite frankly, ends up looking hideously deformed. Inevitably, it ends up having one foot larger than the other, a massively oversized head and random lumps and bumps protruding from areas of the body that shouldn't have any protrusions at all. It's meant to grow to six times its starting size, but that varies from toy to toy. Massively. Another fine example of a completely useless toy and one whose novelty will wear off entirely after the initial "fun" of watching it increase in size.
