When you live with people who you're comfortable with, you'll follow each other everywhere, including the bathroom. Whether you need the toilet or a shower, it won't stop you guys from leaving one another because that would mean bringing your gossip session to a conclusion, and it just got juicy. Your housemates will probably sit on the toilet whilst you bathe in order to carry on talking, even if you're talking rubbish and it's nice to have that relationship with one another.
