10. You'll Start On Monday...
This is where everyone falls down straight away. They'll be determined to make a change, get rid of the chains and claim that they'll start everything properly... on Monday. The problem with that is that it's just hit 12.01am on Tuesday and Monday is literally six days away so you'll probably use this time to binge eat all of the fatty foods in your house. You'll either feel worse for it or you'll find it more difficult to give up because chocolate is all that you've been eating for the whole week. If you focus on what you want, it should start as soon as you've decided that that's what you want to do. As far as your fatty foods go, either leave them as a little treat to have every now and then or donate them to a food bank.
