His Parks And Rec character Andy Dwyer is the loveable chubby guy who everybody needs in their life, never ceasing to offer up delightful ways to gorge and kill yourself at the same time, with Pratt himself drastically shifting his weight on and off for various roles. Pratt toned up for Moneyball in 2011, before gaining 50 pounds for Delivery Man (2013), then lost 70 pounds for Guardians Of The Galaxy (2014), while he maintained a portly figure throughout Parks And Recreation. He looks like a different man in pretty much every production, though his maximum weight of 300lbs proved tough to handle as he suffered with depression. Thankfully, his dieting regime into the muscle-laden star he is now involved eating MORE food than he already was. He told People magazine: "I actually lost weight by eating more food, but eating the right food, eating healthy foods, and so when I was done with the movie my body hadn't been in starvation mode. It wasn't like I was triggered to just gorge myself and get really fat again." He explained that during his weight loss spell he was eating 4,000 calories a day but also going through four hours of intense training every day to get there.
