8. Anyone Can Become Utterly Desensitised To Blood And Gore

It€™s a typical day. Lunch time comes around and you head for the break room, meal deal in hand, ready to take a little time to relax and stop screaming €œTOWER BRIDGE! IT€™S TOWER BRIDGE! I LIVE HERE!€ at the sky. Upon entering the room, you€™re faced with the eviscerated body of a young woman. Bits of her are totally everywhere. Also, her wig is on wonky and one of her arms is bent completely backwards. Do you: Scream, vomit down your front and sob for days? Calmly call the police? Sit down next to the poor lass to eat your sandwich, commenting on the nice job that€™s been done? If you chose answer number 3, congratulations! You€™re either a surgeon, a pathologist or you€™ve worked at the London Dungeon. Or, you know, you're a psychopath. Between the disturbing waxworks and the actors in their rather grim make-up, you'll develop a strong stomach in next to no time. But that's not the most disturbing way working there will take its toll on you...
