Philip is a graduate of the Photojournalism and Documentary Program at the International Center of Photography and is a recipient of the 2009-2010 International Center of Photography Directors Scholarship. Philip has contributed to publications and clients such as The New York Times Magazine, The Guardian and Atlantic Magazine, and last year found fame after Atlantic€™s art director, Darhil Crooks, contacted Montgomery after seeing his work for WSJ after Hurricane Sandy.
