1. A Two-Inch Holy Cross

Crossinspaceworld Sphere Gif Space Services, Inc. launched a Christian holy cross into space on the SpaceX Falcon 9 Dragon Spacecraft on May 22, 2012, from Florida in the USA. The two-inch shape was cut from the same 12-foot cross which Arthur Blessitt used to walk more than 41,323miles across 323 nations with. After being launched, it orbited Earth for 35 days before falling into the atmosphere and burning away. Bizarrely, "The Cross in Space" project was launched in a bid to invoke the "End of Days" - with the hope being that, once it fell out of orbit, it would set alight and then fall to Earth and create the Apocalypse. It's yet to happen, but you can never be too sure it won't...
