She appeared on that cover in 2009 wearing just a bedsheet, and further in, she was found cuddling up with dear old dad Billy in a photo that many also found to be suggestive. There's no doubt that Miley wanted (and frankly needed) to cast off the fairy tale image of her as Hannah Montana, as no one wants to go through life being thought of as a little disney princess (well, we're sure some people do actually, but not when you've actually been one for so long), but the photo shoot in question was just not the way to go. Given Daddy's southern country roots, it was just too weird to really think of.
