1. Avoid The Butterbeer Carts

I love Butterbeer and don't consider a trip to the Wizarding World complete without one, but don't just grab one from the first Butterbeer cart you see.

The carts which are outside in Hogsmede often get very busy with long queues which are slightly torturous in the hot Florida sun. Instead head indoors to the Hog's Head as there is much less of a queue. The Hogs Head is also a bit of a hidden gem with the moving boar's head on the wall and alcoholic drinks.

The same hack applies for the Butterbeer ice-cream at Diagon Alley. Instead of getting one from the long queue at Florean Fortescue's why not pop over to The Hopping Pot in Carkitt Market where it tends to be a little more quiet.
