7. The Bland Hero Converter/Customizer
Are you reading a book where the hero or lead, is given the impression of being the best thing since sliced bread but dull and bland at the same time? This programme could deal with this problem. It would work through the text to rewrite it, so that the Mary Sue/Marty Sue can suddenly become interesting. Then you could go from the heroine who says that nobody likes her but everybody does, to the heroine who nobody likes because she is tactless and has bad personal hygiene. Or a hero who hangs around being dark and brooding to cover the fact that he keeps forgetting what he is meant to be doing.
