11 Ways To Have The Perfect Day At Universal Orlando's Volcano Bay Water Theme Park
6. Know What Slides You Want To Ride In Advance
Volcano Bay has lots of attractions but with so many slides it can be easy to get confused with which attraction is what.
Have a plan and get to know the layout before you go and make a quick plan of your must dos for the day. The water theme park is large so you don't want to spend time wandering around trying to find where you wanted to go next. Take a look at a park map in advance and familiarise yourself with the layout.
One tip to keep in mind is that generally the more intense rides in the park have darker coloured tubes. For example, Taniwha Tubes in the picture has four sets of slides. The darker coloured tubes on the left of the image are the more thrilling of the set. The same goes for almost all the rides around Volcano Bay.
If you ride Punga Racers, we were told by a team member that the slides on the outside tended to be the more intense of the four.
