Your addiction will get you into trouble. Instead of writing your dissertation, baking that cake for your parent's anniversary dinner (that you promised months ago that you'd make) and saying that you'll spend time with your friends are all lies. And they're lies that Netflix made you tell and you also weren't listening. You'll neglect all of your responsibilities whether they're personal or academic just so that you can get your fix. Sorry, not sorry springs to mind.
