10. Trying Not To Mooch Off Of Your Parents

They are your parents and they love you, but you still need to be your own person. You need to do your own laundry, cooking and washing up; like you have been doing for the past four or five years. You are more than capable. Don't let your folks look after you too much because you'll begin to take them for granted and start expecting things from them. You're pushing your luck if you think that you're getting your dinner cooked for you and waiting on the table every night. Especially since when the blissful day comes when you move out, you'll actually see it as a bad thing to be left to your own devices.
