Yep, these are actually a thing and for the love of everything, don't be that guy who thinks it's a good idea. A Pox Party is basically a gathering of children who currently have chicken pox and those who don't. Parents hope that their children will become infected and therefore naturally build up an immune system to protect them from it, as opposed to getting the vaccinations. Parents set up Facebook events and ask people whose children are infected to send clothes, saliva and licked lollipops to that they can then infect their own children. You can't even make this up.
