For the first few minutes there will probably be some uncomfortable silences because if this isn't a regular occurrence then you probably don't know what is going on in everyone's lives, so naturally, you talk about work. You'll bring up things that are annoying you (in a very hushed voice), you talk about the new kid who wheezes when he talks (and hope that he can't hear you) and that one guy who never actually does any work (you pray that he can hear you). This whole conversation usually turns into a rant/bitching fest until someone asks if you can stop talking about work. Awkward silence resumes...
