Crime: Assault Back in the day when Girls Aloud was the only girlband that you wanted to be a part of, Cheryl Cole setting a bad example to her fans. Not long after Cheryl won her place in the girl band, she was arrested for racially aggravated assault when she punched a nightclub toilet attendant in the face. The racial aggravated charge was eventually dropped but she was still found guilty of assault. She completed 180 hours of community service.
