2. Everyone Gets A Brick

It might not seem a major thing for any outsiders, but if you take the LEGO Factory Tour you're rewarded at the end not with a set or a mini-figure anyone could buy in a shop: you get something much more exclusive.

Every visitor is given a brick - the classic 4 by 2 - stamped with "I was there" and the factory name. It will take pride of place in my collection as a reminder of being invited to peel back the magic.
