13 People You're Guaranteed To Meet Working In A Call Centre

4. The Flat Out Weird

Oh how you€™ll regret the first day you end up sat next to them. At first, they may just seem quirky, a bit odd, but they don€™t just stop there. Maybe conspiracy theories are their thing, or they write poetry, but not good poetry, but poetry they feel the need to share with you. Maybe they even play in a band, but the hand drawn flyer they give you in between calls suggests it€™s probably not a band you need to listen to anytime soon. They€™re fun to sit near though, they€™ll always end up saying something really weird to a customer, and you€™ll forever see them creepily lurking near a manager€™s desk as they have yet another customer who wants to speak to anyone else. Try not to sit next to them at lunch too, their packed lunch never smells quite right.
