13. Danny And Ralphie Walking - 'Salem's Lot

"It's watchin' us" Ralphie whispered. "Listen, I'm not gonna-" "No, Danny. Really. Can't you feel it?" Danny stopped. If you've already read 'Salem's Lot, you'll know what happens next. And if you haven't, well: let us enlighten you. Little Ralphie Glick gets taken by a vampire, and turned into one. The scene in the woods is also portrayed in the three hour long film version of the novel, and if you weren't scared of vampires before, after seeing the state of Ralphie when he returns as one is enough to send you running for garlic and a crucifix in no time.
