2. Tron Could Possibly Be The Best Disney Coaster

One of the most anticipated rides at Shanghai Disneyland was the Tron Lightcycle Power Run.

Built in a specially constructed canopy the ride was to allow guests to be transported into the movies and ride lightcycles. it was going to be interesting to see just how Disney managed to do this.

Now there is no need to wonder any more. The videos that have been coming out show just how spectacular the ride is. Riders are strapped into their own bike and race along a track. The darkness is lit up by the lights of the grid. It looks stunning.

The video above shows how the ride at one point enters the canopy and riders are outside. This video was shot in daylight hours but at night we can only imagine it is even more impressive.
