11. Body Modifications
Whether it's piercings, tattoos or wanting to literally become a lizard, body modifications are very common. Semi-permanent make-up has become like second nature to some people too, so there is some level of mainstream saturation too. But that can all quickly escalate and one morning you wake up, look in the mirror and realise you've gone and turned yourself into a cat or a living Ken doll. There is an ongoing debate about the moral conduct of the doctor who agrees to performing procedures that involve "enhancements" and modifications like tongue splitting and the addition of horns, but each to their own. In this modern world, if someone wants to medically cut their penis in two and there is a doctor who is oddly qualified to do so, is there really a problem?
