There is probably nobody banging this guys door down for a service that would set fear in the hearts of so many. He will dress up as a killer clown, well hopefully he does dress up and this isnt his normal attire, then ruin your birthday of choice by creepily singing Happy Birthday to you' whilst wielding a knife. Bozo the Clown claims in his bio that he is a retired circus performer and charges an additional $10 extra if you wish to censor his language in the video; you know in case you decided to hire him for the kids.
