10. The Chair Of Torture

This is also known as the Judas chair after everyone's favourite biblical turn-coat. The chair was used mostly as a source of intimidation to get people to confess to crimes that they did or didn't commit; clearly some people would rather accept death than sit on this dreaded device. Each section of the chair is full of razor sharp spikes, with anything between 500 and 1500 spikes as some dungeons preferred bigger spikes and others preferred thousands of little ones to pierce the flesh. Of course it was made out of iron so that it would be warmed up before you sat down and it was very rarely cleaned...
