If you look carefully enough. If you're waiting in line for the Dragon Challenge roller coaster, you'll be able to spot Arthur's Ford Anglia just as you cross the bridge and enter the castle. You'll also be able to spot Lord Voldemort by the Malfoy Manor if you're riding on the Hogwarts Express. So keep an eye out, as you might miss both of these little cameos.
