9. Having To Do Anything After A Leg Session
If there was a zombie break out after you have just finished a full-on leg session, you might as well just throw yourself to them because there is zero chance of you running anywhere. A hardcore leg session renders you useless for at least two days. Worth it though.
8. When You Forget Your Headphones
This is agonising. Forgetting your headphones can only mean one devastating thing; you're going to have to listen your own breathing and face up to the truth that you sound like an asthmatic, struggling pig. Thinking to yourself 'do I really sound like that when I'm running?'. Unfortunately yes.
