Where: Russia Russia isn't exactly known for its openness to homosexuality, but a bill passed last year is borderline satirical. It's now illegal for anyone to let kids know that gay people even exist. Somehow, this ridiculous bill was passed with a unanimous vote of 434-0. What's the silliest law you've ever heard of?
