15 Things That Will Happen If You Get Into Pole Dancing

12. You'll Fall Many, Many Times

If after your first lesson you stay consistent and take a few more lessons, you’ll gradually get a few moves right, you’ll have fallen more times than you think is normal, and you’ll hate the fact that one of your best friends is doing better than you. It happens, get over it.

You’ll fall on your face, on your butt, on everything else and you’ll think you’ve ripped a phantom muscle (however, sometimes it’s not a phantom muscle) and you’ll start to feel the burn in all your muscles.

Workouts will get more strenuous and you’ll be so tired after your workouts that all you’ll want to do is go home, eat and sleep. Then again, that’s pretty much every workout known to man. Only most workouts don’t involve falling over and over and over again. But then, they’re not as much fun either.
