Mad Men might be entertaining, but it shouldn't be what you base your business mentality on. Bosses can no longer employ women solely on how they look in a pencil skirt and a crisp white shirt which doesn't quite cover your boobs. How inconventient that you can wear trousers to work and be comfortable sitting in actual pants. You now have the pressure of having to chose an outfit every day because the pants suit option is a whole different ball game.
