Disney pays so much attention to detail for everything, including the smells that will be invading your nostrils around the entire park. Oh yeah, ever wondered why everything always smells so nice? That's because they're doing it on purpose. Different areas of the park have different artificial smells, so you'll be able to recognise scents of sea salt at the Pirates of the Caribbean ride and barbecue at Big Thunder Mountain. Not only does this give the rides a much more authentic feeling, but it's also used to get extra money out of your pockets. At Christmas, they'll use the smell of peppermint to persuade you to buy Christmassy tasting goods and during the Summer months, expect to smell freshly baked cookies and candy floss.
