Every girl knows that they dictate when they're having sex by the new, matching underwear. If a boy doesn't notice this then it's infuriating for a few reasons. Finally, you're matching, and that's a big deal because you've already decided that you're going to have sex when you got ready earlier that day. This means that it's a special day because most of the time, you can never be bothered to find the matching panties that go with your bra.
