It takes you a decent amount of time to get used to someone's voice and as silly as it sounds, it helps you with your game when you recognise their voice. You need someone who is clear and can annunciate, it also helps if you find them likeable. So when you get some random woman from Middlesborough shouting numbers out over the tannoy you have absolutely no idea what's going on. Why is it a woman now? Where is she? What's going on? No one mentioned that it was going to be this complicated.
