Freetail Brewing Company's Spirulina Wit might look like a dodgy case of green food colouring being spilled into the batch, but it's all natural. The brewers blended their existing Rye Wit beer with an algae called Spirulina, which adds a bunch of vitamins and the distinctive colouring.
