16. Time For The Cool Down
As much as you enjoy going to the gym and realise all of the health benefits that come with exercising, you do occasionally clock watch and silently pray for the time to just hurry up. When the Heavens don't give you what you want, just assume that the clock is broken. And then it happens, those glorious six words, 'right guys, time to cool down.' You feel so much better after a training session but this is only emphasised when you walk past people who are only just entering to the gym. You appreciate your freedom more and probably think about what you're going to eat as soon as you get home.
