There he is! 's famous character (called Waldo in the US for some reason) is tucked away somewhere on Google Earth, painted on a rooftop by someone with either a childlike sense of wonder or nothing better to do on the day the satellites were taking their snaps - possibly both. It's a pretty accurate representation of the character, too, especially compared to some of the half-arsed attempts we see by groups of students in Walkabout on a Saturday night. C'mon it's red and white stripes, glasses, and a bobble hat. How hard can that be to get right? Of course we can't just tell you where Wally is. What would be the fun in that? In fact it would defeat the whole purpose of the character, his reason for being. You wouldn't wanna take away Wally's livelihood, would you? You don't want him to have nothing to live for? Of course you don't, you're not a monster. You're just a person who's read an awesome article about weird stuff on Google Maps, and now you're pumped to go find things for yourself. So here's your chance. Where's Wally?
