20. The Single Bullet Theory/"Grassy Knoll"
Out of every theory found, this is definitely the most popular and probably the most plausible. As said before, the assassin fired as many as three shots. This so called "magic bullet" was the second fired, passing through President Kennedy and striking Governor Connally, allegedly causing the totality of Connally's wounds via a spectacular ricochet. Critics of the Warren Commission and its "magic bullet" theory, including the late Bobby Kennedy and even Governor Connally himself, argue that in order for this to be accomplished by one bullet, it would have traversed through two men, 15 inches of flesh and several layers of clothing. Although a Discovery Channel special recreated the scenario in 2004 and confirmed that such a bullet trajectory was in fact plausible, speculation still runs rampant to this day of a second shooter on a nearby hill, or "grassy knoll" who could have caused one or more of these wounds to either of the two men. If you're just as confused as I am about this still, then
allow this classic Seinfeld scene to explain...
