15. Anti-Castro Cubans
Taking on aspects of every theory mentioned previously, there are those who believe that Kennedy was killed by a rogue band of anti-Castro Cuban refugees with the help of the CIA. Many anti-Castro Cuban exiles despised Kennedy for the colossal failure at the Bay of Pigs. Add this to the agreement between Kennedy and Khrushchev that the Soviet nuclear weapons program within Cuba would be dismantled under UN watch in exchange for Kennedy's pledge to cease aspirations to invade Cuba, and to these refugees, this was all out betrayal and Kennedy needed to be eliminated more than Castro ever had to be. The 1978 House Select Committee on Assassinations investigation established that while neither organization was directly involved in Kennedy's assassination, conspiracy between individual members of each organization was possible.
