In 1992 Starbucks became a publicly-traded company for the very first time - and shares then could be bought for just £12 ($17) each. Incredibly, Starbucks shares now regularly fetch more than £65 ($95) each - an increase of more than 500% in little-more than two decades. That means that, as the graph shows above, anyone who invested £6,750 ($10,000) in the company in 1992 would get a return of £1.2million ($1.77million) on their investment in 2015. Not bad, is it?
