The less academic, more practical lefty might not have as many pen-related problems to deal with in life but manufacturers of essential items have been as thoughtless as the inventors in the stationary business, not least when it comes to tape measures. As the image above clearly indicates, left handed people are expected to read the measurements upside down if they want to use it the way their dexterousness intended. Would it have been too much effort to put the measurements on both sides so neither left handed nor right handed people were at a disadvantage? It's almost as if right handed people are having a laugh at lefty's expense...
