After all of the hype that came over the town when TJ Hughes sadly shut down, everyone was convinced that Primark was finally happening in Dumfries. You were so excited that you would be able to wear the same outfit as everyone else on a Saturday night and you didn't care because it would be so cheap. Then Debenhams came. And no one could afford a thing.
