12. Not Being Able To Quickly Pop In To Town
Dumfries is a strange town where everyone knows everyone's secrets. You can't just quickly pop into town or walk along the High Street without bumping in to at least five people that you know. It doesn't help that the High Street is so small that you can see most people coming from New Look if you're at the Mid Steeple and it's even more awkward when you're trying to avoid them.
