Adventureland was once the epitome of entertainment: slides, jungle jims, arcades and rides, all under one massive roof. Brits have a special soft spot for a seaside town, especially the slightly older generations who still had to endure childhoods without iPads. What did we do in Merseyside instead of Angry Birds? We ran amok inside the plethora of arcades and funhouses that lined the prom over the water in New Brighton.
