15. Staying In Shape Is Hard
We all remember those fabulous years when we could stay in relatively good shape while eating pretty much whatever we wanted. Even as a teenager, the boozing and junk food didn't seem to do quite as much damage as when you become a young adult, and the belly becomes more and more inflated. In our twenties most of us have to exercise to stay fit, whether that be playing sport, running, or most popular of all: hitting the gym. A Big Mac meal now leaves us feeling a little guilty and rather unpleasant inside. Some of us might even do the rough totting up of calories in our minds. The only certainty is that sitting around all day consuming crap will make us chunky. Fruit, vegetables and exercise are friends - even if we don't always get along.
