20 Weird McDonald's Items You Won't Find In The UK

14. Brie Nuggets

There isn't much to say about this contribution to the greater international menu of McDonald's: They're nuggets of brie cheese, deep-fried to the golden perfection one would expect of the Golden Arches. However, there is a slight air of mystery to the dish as well. Note that in the background lies a small container of a red dipping sauce. Most articles which have taken note of this item state the bare-bones obvious of what the brie nuggets are, but ignore the red sauce. Is it simply ketchup? Or is it something more distinct, paired with the nuggets to provide a more unique taste? We would love to know for ourselves.
