8. You Go To The Gym To Eat More
You probably resent going to the gym but you physically need to go, otherwise you will be one of those people who end up having to be crane-lifted out of your bed. Which will make getting out for more food annoyingly difficult. If anything, you force yourself to work out just so that you can justify eating those three bits of cake for dessert because you could feel yourself getting frustrated at not being completely satisfied with just one piece.
